The Vietnam Restaurant is one of those places that leaves your torn; to shout from the rooftops of its awesomeness or to quietly hoard this little secret so that it will be your precious, always. The outside is nothing fancy but it is always jam packed. The food is cheap and very tasty and things like the grilled quail will have you throwing table manners to the wind and eating like a hungry bear at a picnic.
Making your own rice paper rolls can be a small challenge to the less dexterous but the feeling of achievement when yours almost looks like the demonstration model is well worth it.
