The third pillar of food court dining is Chinese. Seng Kee Yum Cha does all the classics - steamed dumplings, dim sum, chicken feet, pork buns, fried calamari and fried wontons - so that you don’t have to get up early and wait in line for the restoring powers of yum cha. The pork buns are compact and sweet and with only two in a serve you’ll want one all to yourself. The casing for the scallop, prawn and coriander dumplings is thicker than we prefer but the filling is fresh and sweet, with no skimping on the good bits.
