Treat yourself to a weekend of food and wine at the three-day Taste of Coolum festival at the Hyatt Regency.
In 2012 the overriding theme is Chilean, featuring a Chilean style fiesta with music, dancing and outdoor barbecues dishing up meat, empanadas and seafood, a winemaker's golf tournament, a Chilean wine master-class, a pinot degustation, an alfresco food fair and a sparkling wine garden.
