The world’s most prestigious cocktail competition has officially begun for the year and it’s up to you, cocktail fans, to help choose the winner who will go on to compete on the world stage representing Australia. Over the coming weeks, Time Out will be posting stories on the bartender finalists, suggesting bar crawls and profiling selected drinks entries.
