30 ml Lemon juice
30 ml Pink grapefruit juice
120 ml Mango syrup. (Half Mango Nectar, Half white sugar)
180 ml Tanqueray 10
100 ml Chilled chai tea
140 ml Kaffir lime leaf tea
Garnish with ice balls of 10 different summer fruits: mango, peach, watermelon, banana, blackberry, mandarin, orange, pinnaple, guava and pink grapefruit. Top with grapefruit slices, and a big sunflower.
