40ml Tanqueray 10
15ml Martini bianco
15ml Antica Formula Carpano
15ml Lemon juice
10ml Egg white
1 dash Fee Brothers peach bitters
1 Brown sugar cube
2 Wedges of pineapple
Muddle the pineapple, sugar cube, egg white, lemon juice and bitters in a Boston glass. Add all other ingredients, shake and double strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and then spray with an atomisation of Ketel One vodka which has been infused with mint.
