A whisky wonderland comes to Brisbane.
Take a laneway trip to this fun party bar.
It's a nice, spot, Kerbside. The bar is built into an old warehouse just outside the heart of the Valley. So if you were to say, take in an evening of drinks you could quite easily bypass the war zone that is the Brunswick Street Mall on a Saturday night. Inside, there are the regulation second hand sofas and industro-cool stylings that you'd associate with a bar like this including plenty of graffitti but what might surprise you is the prodigious beer list. They feature your standard issue Heinies, Coopers and Little Creatures but also stock New Zealand's Moa beers and Burleigh's 28 Pale Ale "70s style". There's also an interesting apricot number as well as one spiced with ginger. And they also mix a fine cocktail, to boot. If you're after a mixed drink you'll want to ask for Chris Denham - he's the master mixologist at this joint. Get drinkin' and get Kerbside.
