Is this the biggest cocktail list in Australia? If the RSI in our wrists from turning the pages is anything to go by, we'd say yes. In fact, we'd suggest ordering a drink to settle in with while you decide what to drink. Or bypass page-upon-page of loopy signatures, forgotten classics and anything else you'd care to name and just get the incredibly capable bartenders to do their thing. Whether it's a drink with 40 types of bitters in it, or a Chartreuse-based Sour, they'll rise to the occasion. Don't bother with the courtyard out the back earlier in the week - save the yawning atmosphere-free space for the weekend and the big groups it'll invariably  draw when the place packs out. It's all about pulling up a pew in the main bar (complete with Astroturfed ceiling) and watching West End pass you by. And while it's a bar popular with stiletto toting girly girlz, it's also heavy on the whisky and salt. This rambling, boho, West End boozy cocktail shed loves a challenge. We'd like to say the crew here have forgotten more drinks than most bartenders know, but it just ain't true - these guys don't forget a thing.
