Under the watchful eye of star chef Matt Moran, Aria Brisbane has taken some of Sydney's signature dishes – including the Kurobuta pork belly and Peking duck consommé – but also has a number of local delights featuring Queensland produce.

If I am paying $35.00 for fish, I would expect chips to come with it , not pay an extra $8.00. What a piece of fish on its own? is that the Moran way?
