Black Pearl Epicure began its life as Black Pearl Caviar, and when legislation got a little tricky, founder Babak Hadi decided a direction change was in order. And so Black Pearl Epicure was born, a shop, wholesale supplier and cooking school for the Brisbanite with a culinary bent. Stocking the Maggie Beer and Simon Johnston ranges, as well as truffles, foie gras, chocolate, oils, vinegars, and of course, caviar.
