Head chef and owner, Brent Farrell, transformed a delapidated old shop in Toowong to bring to life his modern French fine diner, complete with a vegetable garden out the back. While strongly influenced by French techniques, Farrell has reinvented the cuisine with a menu tailored for the gourmand.
