Mondo is West End's restaurant, caterer and cooking school committed to using to organic produce. Breakfast options include spelt and coconut pancakes with fresh ricotta, muscovado syrup and candied pumpkin. A dinner favourite is braised Bendele duck leg, puffed wild rice, turnips, mandarin and bitter leaves.
