This new annual occasion will remember the legacy of the late Diana Gribble: founder of McPhee Gribble, Text Publishing and Private Media, with stints as the deputy chair of the ABC and board member for all sorts of cultural enterprises. As the Wheeler Centre say, her impact on the world of books, writing and ideas cannot be overstated. Gribble enjoyed "putting a bit of stick about" and so tonight's guests will be wrangling the issues raised by venture capitalist Mark Carnegie.
