Have a garden? Interested in permaculture? Learn about soil, plants, and how to be sustainable at this workshop. It's taught by Kay Baxter, founder of New Zealand's permaculture research institute, Koanga Institute. She not only has a huge garden of her own, she also works on saving heritage seeds. You'll be inspired to do more than just water your houseplants after this wakeup call.
