To the intense delight of Back to the Future fans everywhere, Michael J. Fox will be in Melbourne this August to go back in time and discuss his career. Hosted by Shane Jacobson, the event promises to be a deeply personal exploration of the actor's turbulent professional and personal life.

Fox has said of the upcoming production, "I'm kind of private and I keep things inside a lot, but it's been so wonderful to realise that people care about you in a very deep way and that there is some bond between an actor and his audience. I don't even know how to describe that feeling."

It may be a pricey evening, but with a portion of all proceeds going The Michael J. Fox Foundation and Parkinson's Victoria, it's definitely worthwhile if you have the cash to splash.

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
