Butter maker Pepe Saya, truffle grower Duncan Garvey, meat master Neil Prentice and winemaker Brioni Oliver are joining forces with Point Restaurant executive chef Justin Wise, to create the ultimate beef, butter truffle and wine degustation. If Dionysus and Hermes got together and threw a dinner party, we're pretty sure this is how it would go down (although we expect a few less nymphs and live sacrifices at the Point). The four course dinner should be a pretty good knees-up regardless.
