Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

Are you over ten years of age? Good. So go grab your pillow and join in a mammoth pillow fight in Fed Square. The organisers, Leave No Trace, have a few pointers if you're going to head along:

1. Dress for press and mess – wear something funny and feather-proof.
2. Bring your own pillow – soft fluffy pillows work best!
3. Get there in time – arrive before 3pm and wait for the signal.
4. Fight fluffy – don’t hit anyone without a pillow and don't swing too hard.
5. Clean up after yourself – treat public space with respect and clean up after yourself.

Meanwhile, hone your technique by watching these clips:

Actually... Sean Penn displays the sort of initiative that you must not.

Warning: watching Charlie Sheen may result in smothering self with pillow.
