Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

Based on the idea of creating comfort out of chaos, Australian architect and design firms have come together to create an exhibition of innovative emergency shelters to raise funds for natural disaster relief. The Melbourne exhibition is curated by architect Jun Sakaguchi, and features shelters designed to utilise materials that are readily available in the wake of a natural disaster. The exhibition aims to raise awareness for the importance of emergency shelters in not only providing shelter from the elements, but support and comfort for those who have been displaced. All funds raised go to the Australian Red Cross Disaster Relief and Recovery Appeal.
