Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

A Centre for Everything was established by Melbourne artists Gabrielle de Vietri and Will Foster in 2012 and takes the form of regular events "modelled on a Venn diagram of disparate interests that manifest as workshops, discussions, activities and meals".

With this roundtable on Alternative Education, they host a discussion at MUMA as part of the Direct Democracy exhibition. Some of the leading players of 'altucation' – Melbourne Free University, Laneway Learning, Small Giants (responsible for bringing School of Life to Melbourne) and Homehouse – will take part in a public talk, with the aim of the day being to collectively envision a new institution.

It's free, but booking is essential.
