How to make a book: Coptic Stitch

Who says you need to write some fancy words to make a book? Create your own handbound book using the Coptic Stitch method and fill it with whatever you like. The Coptic Stitch technique is used to produce a book that has every page lying completely flat, with a hardcover and visible spine stitch. They are particularly good for displaying work such as a portfolio, photo album, handmade recipe book or even a personalised journal. No prior experience is necessary, all materials will be provided, and there will be take home notes for you to continue your book binding skills long after the class.
