Share, learn and take part in Melbourne’s Somali culture

As part of the Melbourne Fringe Festival, Burji Arts will present the So’maal as a celebration of the Somali identity in Melbourne. The festival will feature live poetry and performances from the African Street Theatre, fashion by contemporary Somali designers and traditional food from the Somali cuisine. The festival encourages all attendees to immerse themselves in the culture and learn of the art, history and identity of the Somali Australian.
