You will find this Greek cooking school right in the heart of Little Athens. Allow Vicki Peppos to take you through all things Greek - flavours, ingredients, techniques and, of course hospitality; after each class, students sit and indulge in the day’s creations with a glass of retsina. Master Greek sweets, savoury and sweet pites (pies) and with three to four recipes made during a class, bring your Tupperware containers for the leftovers. There are also themed classes around Easter and Christmas so if you want to learn how to cook a traditional Greek Easter feast, book in early.
