If you have a penchant for spicy food and want to know all about the spice markets of the world, then this is the cooking school for you. Spice Bazaar focuses on cuisines that are rich in spices and are hot, hot, hot! Think Thai, Moroccan and African cuisines. All classes cost $110, are held either Saturday or Friday evenings, and run for four hours. After the cooking is done, dine on your fabulous creations in two sittings with matched wines in the heart of Melbourne's inner west.
