Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

Melbourne-based artist Paul Robertson takes you on an out-of-this-world experience with his pixel animations. Travelling across time and space with the original sound work of Jeremy Dower, Robertson's works tells the story of a boy who sets off on a journey through the universe, searching for meaning within an infinite sea of information and noise. Along the way he encounters strange worlds, inter-dimensional creatures, vast formulas, fragments of a familiar world left behind, and amazing new friends.

Throughout his career, Robertson has added some impressive works to his resume, including Gravity Falls, Scott Pilgrim vs the World, Fez, Adventure Time and Mercenary Kings. In 2012 Paul participated in Diversions, a group exhibition at Giant Robot in LA.

Adventures to the Heart of the Universe will hold its opening night on the 15th of May at 6pm-9pm.
