Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

In celebration of Multicultural Arts Victoria and Warrior Spirit Art Collective's Black Harmony ten year anniversary, a number of events are taking place in Melbourne. One of these is the Power Letters Project, where hand written conversations between artists and Indigenous elders will be displayed. These dialogues will in turn inspire live and experimental performances from hip hop artists Young Philly, L Fresh the Lion and folk-pop singer Neda. The Power Letters Project is the first event for 1000 Pound Bend by producer in residence Plausible Appearance, and will explore themes of reconciliation and cultural diversity in Australia today.
