Signal  is  Melbourne’s  newest  creative  arts  studio  for  budding  creatives. The  program  gives  young  people  the opportunity  to  immerse  themselves  in  a  wide  range  of  art  forms  including  dance,  film,  animation, music, painting and new media projects. Signal is located right in the heart of the city: behind Flinders Street station on Northbank, at the northern end of Sandridge Bridge, and at the top of Banana Alley.
