It's a national day of beer! Get involved

You hardly need an excuse to spend a day worshipping beer in this country, but we're going to give you one anyway. On February 22, James Smith (the suds enthusiast behind the Crafty Pint) is coordinating a national day of craft beer appreciation – Craft Beer Rising. So far there are over 70 events happening nationwide – Young and Jackson's will be serving beer and cider sorbets all day; Temple will do tastings at their East Brunswick Brewery and the charming brew from Moon Dog will be pouring their freaky beers and playing some sweet tunes at the Royston. If you're a beer fan, put it in your diary. If you're a venue and you want to get involved, there's still time, but get a move on.
