People who adopt wine region snobbery: "I only drink wine from (insert region)"
People who loiter at cellar door tastings, giving the winemaker ‘tips’.
Winemakers who say: "This is the best wine you'll ever try."
Pompous know-it-alls who dictate their opinion and waffle on about a wine’s baume and pH levels.
Long-winded wine notes – they're overcompensating for something.

Remember:

The best way not to drink wine like a wanker is to better understand what you like, why you like it and be able to explain it to someone else in 25 words – preferably less.
