The votes are in, the drinks are drunk and the finalists have been decided. Sunday May 20 sees nine of Australia's top bartenders battle it out in Melbourne where you, the public, will be able to taste and rate their cocktails at the Blue Diamond Club.
Taste your way through Gentleman's, Hot and Dessert tipples made with Don Julio Reposado tequila, Zacapa 23 rum and Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve blended whisky, and play a role in deciding the winner by voting on the day for your favourite drinks.
The three semi finalists from the Winter Round will join Perryn Collier (Laneway), Fred Siggins (Kodiak Club), Phil Gandevia (Roosevelt and Eau de Vie), Callan Green (Lily Blacks) and 2011 Bartender of the year Tim Philips (Hemmesphere) along with wildcard entry Michael Chiem (Black Bar) at the finals in Sydney.
