Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

The Australian Future Foods Lab, along with environmental artist Janet Laurence and Silo chef Douglas McMaster combine their talents to present an array of potions and canapes designed to inspire environmental enlightenment. McMaster is a genius when it comes to cooking waste-free so you can expect to learn a lot about native plants and food sustainability without feeling like you're copping an earbashing. We're going. You should too.
