Valentine's Day Eve. A time that causes many to want to drink beer. Heavily. So why not learn how to make beer instead?

At this 16-person class, led by Adrian MacGeraghty and Carolyn Rowe – the founders of homebrewing company BrewSmith and also a real-life couple – you'll learn the principles of homebrewing, the various styles of beer, and get to sample some. You'll even leave with your own bottle to drink on Valentine's Day. Alone? Here's hoping not.
