Listen up, fun and beer and charity fans: the beer bosses from Little Creatures are throwing a street party to raise money for St Mary's House of Welcome, only this is a street party unlike any you've ever been to (unless you hail from somewhere awesome where such events involved barbers, brass bands and some guy dolin' out the old shoe shines).

Kicking off at 9am and rolling on into the night, the aim of the day is to raise funds via a raffle in which you stand to win a trip for two to Fremantle, including flights, food, digs and the chance to brew a beer at Little Creatures HQ. You must be over 18 to enter the raffle.

In other good news, this 'Not a Street Party' party will be held in Little Creatures' vast Dining Hall on Brunswick Street, so Melbourne's delightfully inclement weather can do whatever it damn well feels. If you're over 18, come for the popcorn, PBS DJs and White Rabbit home brew, and stay for the feelings of goodwill and good times.
