The Old Scotch and the Sea at St Crispin
With a nod to Hemingway’s tale of man Vs sea, Saint Crispin’s Joe Grbac and Thomas Olive’s Alan Mulvihill demonstrate the harmony between fine scotch whisky and sweet seafood flavours with a four-course dinner matched to Talisker Storm Scotch Whisky in St Crispin’s private dining room.

Tea Inspired Cocktail Class at Golden Monkey
This masterclass teaches you how to fuse tea with cocktail, use tea in different ways (hot, cold, syrups or infused) and prepare cocktails in batches for parties, while you enjoy a couple of Golden Monkey’s tea-inspired cocktails and Dim Sum snacks.
