Come rain or shine, owner Clint Hargreaves will fire up the courtyard ‘kitchen’ to throw some spicy jalepenos, guacamole and black beans on a weiner for their Mexicale hot dog mash up.

Really? You bet. Lovers of high end dude food and boutique beer, Josie Bones’ specialty is a whole pig head, deboned, seasoned, rolled, cooked, sliced, fried and served up hot and cracklin’. Not for the weak hearted.

The Kodiak Cub knows what the USA stands for, and that’s whiskey and wings (chicken, not buffalo). They serve them hot and sticky, tossed in American hot sauce and cooled off with a side of blue cheese dressing. Yeeehaa!
