"The Europeans know how to do it right, aromatic dry gin from England, savory sherry from Spain, creamy cheese from France and lovely sweet strawberries which were first found in Italy. All the flavours of the old world bolstered by Tanqueray 10 gin, what a wonderful way to spend a summer’s evening."

Recipe:
50ml Tanqueray 10
15ml Strawberry shrub
10ml Don Jose oloroso sherry
5ml Rock candy syrup
Rocks glass

Method:
Stir all ingredients in Boston glass, add ice, stir to dilute and strain into glass. Serve glass on black saucer with strawberries and French brie cheese.
