"This is a twist on a Chrysathemum Cocktail and stems from a story I found about a Dutch trader who found himself in the court of the Emperor of Japan after claiming he could fix the ailments of the leaders sick daughter. It is called The Honest Gentleman.
Recipe:
35ml Chrysanthemum infused Ketel One vodka
20ml Choya umeshu
10ml Dom Benedictine
Garnish with a chrysanthemum tincture and dried flowers
