"[The cocktail] is inspired by Doug Coughlin telling Bryan Flannigan that he is going to teach him to make 'a Vodka Martini with a Pernod Float'. Take the roughness of Doug and the class of James Bond add a little bit of the fine art of craps and we have a cocktail!"
50ml Ketel One vodka
10ml Monin orgeat syrup
5ml Maraschino liqueur
Stir down and strain over liquid nitrogen into a Campari dust rimmed brandy balloon. Discarded lemon zest over the top.
