Time Out Melbourne

The place to go when you can't decide where you want to knock off

St Kilda Road's The Village is a one-stop-shop of sorts for all your entertainment, and food and drink needs. Set against the backdrop of the stunning heritage-listed Ormond Hall, The Village is a hub which consists of five different but not entirely separate venues: the beer Garden, the stylish all-weather lounge Arbor, the sumptuous Bistro, the grand Ormond Hall and the Terrace, a rooftop bar due for completion in 2016.

The beer garden is made for lounging in the summertime over a few cocktail jugs and pints. Meanwhile throughout winter, the Village's outdoor spaces will be armed with heaters and shelter to keep the rain and cold away, while the gastro pub will be serving up hearty meals.

Having such distinct venues in one place will come in handy when you and your friends can't settle on a place to knock off at the end of week. Whether you feel like an outdoor Sunday session or a cozy mid-week tipple over dinner at the Bistro, this hub is a people pleaser no matter what strikes your fancy.
