The Sloaney Pony fits into that, dare we say it, 'something for everyone' category. It's a pub, with plasmas and bar snacks. There's a happy hour, and $12 steak and parma night, and yet if you pass through into the back room you'll find a stately private dining room and a menu spruiking tea smoked duck salad.
Unless you're a fan of all things sweet, we say bypass the cocktails and stick 'em up on a sunny afternoon for beef burgers and beers.
