Time Out Melbourne

200 tequilas! Cachaca! Mesa Verde is the latest instalment in Curtin House – the inner city tower where boozy dreams come true. Located one floor below Rooftop bar, it's here you can warm up for the summer cinema sessions with tequilas and a fistful of tacos as well as cocktails made with cachaca – raw sugar cane liquor that's the pride of South America. Looks-wise, the bar has a bit of saloon feel with all the dark carved woods and intricately etched bull skulls, which does make the bartenders' swirly fluoro tee shirts seem a little out of place, but hey, they're going with a revolutionary theme, so anything goes.
