Time Out Melbourne

Once you ascend the seemingly endless flight of stairs to the Rooftop Bar (passing Cookie and the Toff in Town along the way), catch your breath and quench your thirst while taking in the heart and soul of Melbourne from above.
Cool off with a cider during the summer, when Rooftop really turns it on, or warm your winter blues with their mulled wine – perfect for a cold winter's day. Kick back on the fake grass, or huddle under the heating and lose yourself in the spectacular view, as you'll be worlds away from the hustle and bustle of Melbourne's streets below.
Hungry? Rooftop Bar serves up an array of burgers and snacks, including vegetarian and vegan options. Every summer the bar plays host to Rooftop Cinema, with screenings of indie flicks and cult classics every Tuesday to Sunday – but make sure you book, as the roof is restricted to ticket holders after 8pm.
