You're here, you're thirsty and you're ready for some superb drinkin'? You've come to the right place

If you're a bars fan, you'll know that a decent chat is worth a million well made Southsides or Swizzles. At 1806, the bartenders, though highly adept at making a mind-boggling selection of pre-and-post prohibition cocktails, are not what you’d call masters of the conversational gambit. And that's fine if you're here to nerd off, ordering a Trinidad Sour or a Vieux Carré or whatever, but if you've just come for a Lagerita and a bit of a talk, we're afraid you're out of luck. Of course, there's something to be said for entering the theatrical-looking room, taking one of the lush seats and leaving the talking to your fine companions who may, in fact, want to talk about more than the origins of the Screwdriver. You're here, you're thirsty and you're ready for some superb drinkin'? You've come to the right place - 1806 make some of the finest cocktails in town. And if you’re waving two hands in the air for razor-like precision, beautiful technique and perfect balance, you're in for a treat. But bring a friend, else you'll be awful lonely at the bar.
