Listen up! Aussie dance music festivals don't get much better than this

It's easy to lose yourself to a music festival existential crisis. There's the timetable clashes, empty bank accounts and the growing festival-bro population. But then there are those lineups that are just too tempting – too danceable – to deny.

Parklife span was cut short in 2012, and the organisers rebranded the festival into the hugely successful Listen Out last year. Built on the philosophy of 'best, not biggest', it sets itself apart as a carefully curated handful of electronic artists. This year sees the continuation of its Aussie electronica promotion, with the nation's wunderkinds Flume and Chet Faker joining international heavyweights Four Tet, Zhu (of 'Faded' fame), Shlohmo and more.

Lineup:
Flume, Chet Faker, Zhu, Schoolboy Q, Four Tet, YG, Ta-ku, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (DJ Set), Shlohmo, Bondax , Yahtzel (DJ Set), Young Fathers, Golden Features, TKAY MAIDZA , Triple J Unearthed winner and more.
