Possibly the ultimate Queen's Birthday day-dance event, Royal Doof goes for two big nights and four days out in the middle of nowhere, where all there is to do is dance til you drop, then wake up and do it all over again. It’s a winter festival and you’re sleeping outside, so make sure you bring lots of warm things, or things to keep you warm.

The aim of the weekend is to push your dance limits, and the programmers have picked a diverse range of acts covering every dance subgenre. Line-up includes dark psy/ killer psy legend Menog (Portugal), trance/psy specialist Mad Maxx (USA), John Phantasm (UK) pumping out the best psychedelic sounds and Mekkanikka (Spain) giving us the ultimate fusion of electronica, trance and psychedelic.

If you don’t need a day off work by the end of this festival, you’re doing it wrong.
