Time Out Melbourne

This event has finished

It's back and it's as mysterious as ever

For four consecutive nights in July, a secret film will play in a secret location in Melbourne. It's open to everyone who manages to nab tickets when they go on sale on Tuesday, June 17 at 1pm, but make sure you get in quick, because they won't last long.

Theme: La Guerre
Dress: Your '40s best

So what could the film be? Surely it’ll be something involving World War Two: we’re thinking espionage, battles, unrequited love and more angst than you could poke a bayonet at.

Rather mysteriously, ticketholders are also asked to bring ‘something to trade’. We’re not quite sure what that means, but it must be part of the fully immersive live experience that takes place before the movie. This is arguably the best part of UGC, as the organisers are known for their incredible attention to detail when it comes to setting up props, interactive displays and mini performances. To play your part, make sure you create a character and prepare to interact with the crowd as that person.

The location will be provided via SMS days before the event.
