Time Out Melbourne

For the fifth year in a row, KOFFIA is back, bringing 20 K-film blockbusters

The Korean Culture Office – a non-profit organisation – will be hosting its fifth annual Korean Film Festival. It all kicks off with action-thriller Cold Eyes, which takes you into a face off between a special crime unit and a hardcore criminal organisation and ends, by contrast, with the raunchy comedy Venus Talk – known as the Korean Sex and the City. In between, every genre is covered, from rom-coms and dramas to explosive action and thrillers. Audience members will be given a chance to raffle for some KOFFIA prize packages, as well as have a moment of fame by getting a photo taken on the red carpet/photo wall.
