Two hundred and fifty seats surround a screen set up in the grounds of the historic Abbotsford Convent. Before each film begins, 20 minutes of local short films and music videos will be shown on the 28x15.75 foot screen. Sundays are extra special, with ping-pong tables to amuse the crowds who come early to nosh on fare from Melbourne food trucks the Taco Truck and Beatbox Kitchen, along with Massive Weiners.
The season starts on Jan 3 with Killing Them Softly, directed by Andrew Dominik (Chopper) and starring Brad Pitt.
