Join renowned Indian film maker Kabir Khan in a talk on his experience as a cinematographer on documentaries to becoming a director and producor for Bollywood films. He's traipsed the Himilayas and tracked the Taliban, all the while managing to produce films from the Taliban Years and Beyond to Kabul Express and Ek Tha TIger

The Trials and Tribulations of Shooting in India, Monday May 6, 8pm

Documentary maker Penny Vozniak will extrapolate on the ups and downs of filming in India as she talks about her eights months attempting to make a documtary alongside David Lynch's daughter Jennifer. Get all the insider knowledge before you give it a shot yourself.

Satyajit Ray Memorial Lecture: The Evolution of Women in Cinema, Tuesday May 7, 6pm
Simi Garewal will pay tribue to Satajit Ray, the Indian filmaker who paved the way for Indian cinema and was an icon of his time. As a female actress in a male dominated industry, Simi will also explore the hardships in her personal experience as an actreess, as well as reflect upon the role of women in Indian cinema.
