There’s been a lot of talk, mostly in conservative circles, about what they refer to as the ‘Gay Agenda’. No one’s really sure what it means, except that it’s ridiculous and offensive to the GLBTI community. So photographer Kris Darmody and commentator Brenton Geyer are doing what any sane people should do, and that’s expose it for the joke that it is. This Midsumma exhibition – a fusion of images, collages and commentary – holds this so-called agenda up to the light.
