Belgian cartoonist and artist brings his Glam/Queer/Anime sensibility back to Midsumma with his new exhibition

Icon Pop is something of a personal homage to artists and performers that have played a big part in Piepke’s own development as a queer artist. Loud and extravagant inspirations include Boy George, David Bowie, Divine and of course Leigh Bowery are all seen through Piepke’s unique lens. Expect multimedia madness and queer aesthetics taken to a new level. Part of the Queer City group exhibition, Play-Full.
